Product Description
This limited Grand Auditorium Taylor sports a Bearclaw Engelmann Spruce Top, Quilted Sapele Back and Sides in shaded edge burst, a Figured Mahogany Neck with Gotoh Antique Gold Tuners and Taylor ES2 Electronics. "Bearclaw" Engelmann spruce has a shallow, cross-grain curl that seems to increase cross-grain stiffness in acoustic guitars. Many luthiers feel that it enhances the tone and sustain of spruce. Strong, focused tone, a perfect match for flatpicking or Bluegrass style picking. Quilted Sapele provides you with rich and warm tone that enhances the low end frequencies.
This guitar is part of a very limited run of 40 guitars worldwide.
