Quad Cortex is officially back in stock!!!
The Neural DSP Quad Cortex represents a new generation of professional amp modeling, effects processing, and digital rig design. Created for guitarists, bassists, producers, and touring musicians who refuse to compromise, this remarkably compact floor processor brings exceptional sound quality, tremendous processing power, and an elegant touchscreen workflow together in one stage-ready platform.
Northeast Music Center is proud to offer the Neural DSP Quad Cortex to musicians throughout Pennsylvania and beyond. During our most recent communication with Neural DSP, we were informed that Northeast Music Center is one of only two stores carrying this product in the entire state of Pennsylvania—making our store an important regional destination for players who want to experience and purchase the Quad Cortex from a knowledgeable, established music retailer.
At the heart of the Quad Cortex is Neural Capture technology, which can recreate the sonic behavior of amplifiers, cabinets, overdrive pedals, and other compatible equipment with exceptional realism. Neural Capture V1 operates directly on the Quad Cortex, while the newer Neural Capture V2 uses higher-resolution cloud processing to capture the feel and response of highly dynamic equipment—including fuzz pedals, compressors, and touch-sensitive tube amplifiers—with even greater precision.
This is more than simply choosing an amp model. The Quad Cortex gives musicians the ability to preserve the character of treasured equipment, discover captures created by other players, and assemble deeply personalized rigs that can travel from the practice room to the studio and stage.
Six processing cores provide the power to run sophisticated signal chains with multiple amplifiers, cabinets, effects, and routing paths simultaneously. Despite that depth, the Quad Cortex remains refreshingly intuitive. Its high-brightness 7-inch touchscreen and familiar drag-and-drop workflow make building, editing, and reorganizing a complete rig remarkably natural.
Eleven stainless-steel footswitches also function as rotary controls, allowing players to adjust parameters directly from the hardware. Preset, Scene, Stomp, and hybrid switching options provide the flexibility needed for everything from straightforward pedalboard operation to complex professional performances.
With more than 90 amplifier models, 100 effects, and 1,000 impulse responses, the Quad Cortex offers an expansive foundation for virtually any musical style. Cortex Cloud opens access to presets and Neural Captures shared by a growing community, while Cortex Control provides comprehensive desktop editing and management.
The Quad Cortex also functions as a 24-bit/48kHz USB audio interface with 16 USB audio channels—eight inputs and eight outputs—making it possible to record processed tones and clean DI signals with flexible routing and ultra-low-latency monitoring. Dual combo inputs, dual effects loops, balanced XLR and 1/4-inch outputs, MIDI connectivity, two expression-pedal inputs, and a dedicated headphone output prepare it for demanding live, recording, and practice environments.
All of that capability is housed inside a rugged anodized-aluminum enclosure measuring only 11.4 by 7.7 by 2.7 inches and weighing approximately 4.2 pounds. The result is a professional-grade guitar and bass rig that can replace an extensive collection of amplifiers, cabinets, pedals, switching equipment, and recording tools without becoming difficult to transport or operate.
When purchasing advanced equipment of this caliber, the dealer behind the product matters. Northeast Music Center combines serious product knowledge with the attentive, low-pressure service that musicians expect from a true destination store. Whether the Quad Cortex will anchor a touring rig, recording studio, worship setup, or home playing environment, the team at Northeast Music Center is here to help you invest with confidence.
Discover the freedom to capture, create, record, and perform through one of today’s most advanced guitar and bass platforms. Order the Neural DSP Quad Cortex from Northeast Music Center and experience what happens when extraordinary technology remains completely focused on the musician.
