The Custom 24 Formula

The Custom 24 is the guitar that established the PRS design language, and the SE version captures many of the elements that make that platform so useful.

A mahogany back provides a strong, full foundation, while the maple top adds clarity and definition. The flame maple veneer gives the Bonnie Pink finish additional depth and character, making this guitar especially striking when the light moves across the top.

The set maple neck is carved to PRS's Wide Thin profile and paired with a rosewood fretboard, 24 frets, and the familiar PRS bird inlays. Its 25" scale length sits comfortably between traditional shorter- and longer-scale electric guitar designs, giving the SE Custom 24 a feel that is distinctly PRS.

85/15 “S” Pickups – More Than Two Humbuckers

The push/pull tone control splits the pickups for brighter, leaner sounds, significantly expanding what you can get from a straightforward two-humbucker layout.
