The MESA/Boogie 2x12 Rectifier Vertical Speaker Cabinet delivers the authority and low-end impact players expect from a serious Rectifier enclosure, but in a more manageable footprint than a full 4x12.

Loaded with two rear-mounted UK-made Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, this cabinet is built around MESA’s proven sealed, closed-back architecture, giving it the tight bass response, aggressive midrange, projection, and punch that have made Rectifier cabinets a standard for high-gain players for decades.

BUILT THE MESA WAY

MESA builds this cabinet from void-free marine-grade Baltic birch, with reinforced rabbet corners and a dado-jointed, braced speaker baffle. The grille material is mounted to a separate grille board and treated to smooth the extreme top end.

These construction details may not be flashy, but they matter.

A guitar cabinet is an acoustic system. The wood, internal volume, speaker mounting, grille, and enclosure geometry all affect the final response.
